He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Juanita Reyes; his daughters, Ann Yates (Todd) of Mentone, Tina Hernandez (Albert Elizondo) of Warsaw and Linda Hernandez of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Niya Sainer, Kendric Fortner, McKenzie Elizondo, Keegan Hernandez (Mia), Kaleb Schneidewent (Ellie) and Ethan Yates; his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Jadyn, Jocelyn, Roman, Heath, Ambrose and Schneidewent; his wife Mary Hernandez; his son Martin Hernandez Jr.; and his granddaughter Taylyn Alexis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Titus Funeral Home-Warsaw (2000 Sheridan St, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (421 N Maple Ave, Warsaw, IN 46580).
