He is survived by: his wife Sheila Smith of Warsaw; his children, Jeremy Huston (Allie) of Perrysburg, Cortney Smith (Mandy) of Rockford and Lydon Smith of Warsaw; his siblings, Vicki Dunno (Ted), Diane Unterbrink (Jeff), Rick Smith (Kathy) of Monroeville, IN and Jon Smith (Trisha) of Van Wert; his mother-in-law Freda Smith of Monroeville, IN; and his grandchildren, Fletcher Smith, Braxton Smith, Colbie Smith, Graham Huston and Harlie Huston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
