He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcello Soto and Antonia Soto (Fusco); his brother Andrew Soto; and his grandparents, Benny, Jane Fusco and Angela Soto.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Soto; his daughters, Rebecca Soto of Warsaw and Naomi Mulligan (Michael) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Connor, Macy, Mallory and Matthew; and his siblings, Angela Hamlin (David), Celeste Menseck, Matthew Soto, Gregg Soto (Sue), Onalee Finio (Anthony) and PJ Soto.
