He is survived by: his wife Cora Collins of Warsaw; his children, Sheila Aguilar of Warsaw, Leona Griffith of Warsaw and Ralene Collins of Warsaw; his siblings, Bessie Collins of Prestonsburg, KY, Okie Lee Hall (Pam) of Packerton, Curtis Collins (Lou) of Sellers Lake, Donald Collins (Susie) of Prestonsburg, KY and Shirley Fay Lewis (Jimmy) of Prestonsburg, KY.; and his grandchildren, Joni Corina Aguilar of Warsaw, Hailey Nicole Griffith of Warsaw, Lillian Marissa Campos of Warsaw, James Tristan Griffith of Warsaw, Andrew A. Campos of Warsaw, Dylan E. Campos of Warsaw, Kayla Izabella Campos of Warsaw and Juan Armando Campos of Warsaw.
