She is survived by: her children, Trisha Mellott of Etna Green, IN, Katrina Kerlin (Kelly) of Silver Lake, IN and Jeff Mellott (Donna) of Warsaw, IN; her grandchildren, Callie Prater (Allison), Sariesta Kinsey (Joshua Wielochowski), Jeremiah Kinsey, Trevor Mellott (Amber), Lauren Kerlin, Connor Kerlin and Lily Kerlin; her great grandchild Nicky Prater; and her grandchildren, Vinny Prater, Braelyn Prater, Jadyn Prater, Jocelyn Prater, Maddex Wielochowski, Mavrik Wielochowski and Jovie Wielochowski.
