With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta Blackburn (Warsaw, Indiana), born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Powers and Kraft; and her husband Walter Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Mary Acosta (Agustin) of Kendallville, Patsy Howard of Warsaw, Walter Blackburn Jr. (Creassia) of Mentone and Sherry Pridemore (Randy) of New Castle; and her stepsisters, Sylvia Daugherty and Geraldine Collins. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
