He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Maretta Witham (Friesner) and Harry Dean Witham; his brother John Stine; and his daughter Leslie Witham. He is survived by: his wife Deb Witham; his daughters, Lisa (Scott) and Tanya Helser; and his sisters, Deborah (Charleston), Vicki (Yates), Lori Stine (Texas), Kate Stine and Betsy (Charleston). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
