She was predeceased by: her mother Mamie June Fields; her son Colby Plank; and her nieces, Chas Taylor, Ashley Sloderbeck and Cherish Morrissette.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Eric S. Bradley of Warsaw, Anjil D. Bradley of Warsaw and Cheyenne N. Bradley of Warsaw; her daughter-in-law Erin Plank of Providence, RI; her siblings, Ed Fields, Larry Fields, Rita Sloderbeck and Lisa Kessler (Scott); and her grandchildren, Destan Bradley, Cashton Smiley, Khai Mack, Khamari Mack, Lillie McGarry and Killian Mack.
