He was predeceased by: his parents, Iona Dobbins (Long) and John Edward Dobbins; his siblings, Jeannette and Carl; and his stepson Bill Sainer.
He is survived by: his wife Nedra Jane Dobbins (Horn); his son Michael Eugene Dobbins; and his stepchildren, Tony Sainer, Larry Sainer and Terri Mumford. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren and twenty two step-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be designated to Grace College, 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590 and would be appreciated by the family.
