She was predeceased by: her parents, Amanda Shannon (Hopkins) and John L. Shannon; her husband Joe C. Shepherd; and her grandson-in-law Reggie Hughey. She is survived by: her aunt Maude; her uncle James Shannon; her children, Joe Shepherd (Darlleen) and Nancye Whitney (Robert); and her grandchildren, Amanda Hughey, Brooke Flores (Jay), Robert J. Whitney, Joel Shepherd (Karla) and Aaron Shepherd. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Letha's name may be directed to Harbor Light Hospice, 1820 E. Day Road, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 and would be appreciated by the family.
