He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O. S. and Dorothea A. Nicholson (Christensen); his daughter-in-law Annette "Netters"; and his brothers, Frank, Carl, Happy and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gross; his children, Mikey, Lenord Jr. (Wendy) and Barb (Andy); and his sisters, Christine, Janice and Kathy. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
