He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Marshall and Harriet L. Bell (Cripe). He is survived by: his wife Connie Bell of Warsaw; his sons, Gregory S. Bell (Kathryn) of Warsaw and Jason M. Bell (Celeste Grant) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Shelia Hopkins (Chris) of Syracuse, Serita Miner (Wayne) of Warsaw and Wilburn "Whitey" Bell of Avon Park, FL.
