She was predeceased by: her former husband Roger Middleton; her husband Richard Plotner; her daughter Sonja Decker; and her brothers, Robert Myers and Larry Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ternet of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Gregory Tidwell of Milford, Acasha Wilke (Corey) of Fort Wayne, Erica Edwards of Goshen and William Ternet of Auburn; her great grandchildren, Felicia, Delilah, Saffron, Theodore, Lincoln and William; and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Athena and Kara.
