It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Dubbs (Warsaw, Indiana), who passed away on July 12, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband James Franklin Dubbs; her children, Dusty Dubbs of South Whitley and Melissa Winters (Nick) of Marion; her grandchildren, Branda Eppenbaugh, Hannah Eppenbaugh, Haleigh Eppenbaugh, Delanie Dubbs, South Whitley, Sophia Winters and Donna Winters; her great grandchildren, Brayden Shambarger, Jaxon Landolt and Garrett Landolt; and her siblings, Joseph Rosburgh (Deborah), Warsaw III, Wilbur Frederick Rosburgh, III (Sherri) and Sheila Smith (Richard) of North Webster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
