With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Yates of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on June 29, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Reffitt and Martha Reffitt (Marsillett); her husband Dewey F. Yates; her siblings, Jimmie, Amos, Joe, Henry, Floyd Reffitt, Ollie Baldridge, Mary Jane Shepherd, Audie Ellen Shepherd, Edna Mae Jackson, Julie Bell Powell, Sally Ann Coburn and Agnus Marie Reffitt; and her granddaughter Sandra JoAnn Manuel.
She is survived by: her children, Geneva Ousley McGlynn of Warsaw, Regina Ousley of Warsaw, Burnis "Bernie" Ousley (LaDonna) of Warsaw, Oneda Ousley Boakye (Sammy) of Keller, TX and Ronald Ousley (Bernadette) of Claypool. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
