Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bencze and Carol Jane Bencze (Brown); and his son Dekota "Cody" Bencze. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Bencze (Jennifer) of Milford, Joseph Jr. Bencze (Heather) of Claypool, Alex Leonhardt (Amanda) of Jackson, WI and Shenelle Bencze (Aliza) of Huntington; and his siblings, Jeff Bencze (Joni) of Wheatfield, KY, Julia Gilbert of Portage and Jeri Fink of South Haven. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several stepchildren, step grandchildren, and half siblings.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
