He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Manuel and Polly Manuel (Adams); and his brothers, Dallas, Robert and Roger Manuel.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Manuel (Blackburn); his children, Dora Bartol (Brenden) and Keith Manuel (Cara) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Keeton of Warsaw, Kyler of Warsaw, Kalista Bartol of Warsaw and Cameron Manuel of Warsaw; and his brother Sammy Manuel (Linda) of Bourbon, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
