She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Grant and Theresa Grant (Smith); her husband Ellis N. Cox; her grandson Ryan Cox; her brother Joe Grant; and her stepfather Melvin Worthington.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Cox (Mary Jo), David Cox (Cathy), Patty Moore (Doug) of Warsaw and Cathy Barth (Robert) of Warsaw; and her brother Max Grant of Montpelier. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
