We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2020, at the age of 90, Jo Ann Moore (Warsaw, Indiana), born in Russell, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hoffman and Sarah Hoffman (Waldron); her husbands, Raymond Shelton and Ed Moore; her daughter Clotene Lutey; and her sister Jean Addair.

She is survived by: her children, Sam Hoffman of Warsaw, Charles Shelton (Kay) of Warsaw, Ron Shelton of Warsaw and Scarlet Little of Prestonsburg, KY.; and her brother Sam Hoffman of Ashland, KY.
