He is survived by: his mother Lynn Ousley Sr. (Osborn) of Warsaw; his daughters, Heather Stutzman of Etna Green, Rachael Stutzman of Warsaw and Alison Ousley of Warsaw; his brother Joe Ousley Jr. of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Josiah, Chloe, Alexander, Jazmin and Ezra.
