She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta Caroline (Snyder) and Raymond Devoe Middaugh; her husband Frank Eugene Wallace; her stepdaughter Sherry; and her brothers, David and Steven Middaugh.
She is survived by: her daughter Teffinie (Dan) Bontrager; her stepson Steven Wallace (AK); her grandchildren, Amber, Megan and Richard; her siblings, Carolyn (Rich) Eicher, Charles (Rita) and Carl (Jill); and her sister-in-law Sharon Middaugh of Plymouth, IN.
