It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marie Tharp of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tutterrow and Glenna Tutterrow (Boyd). She is survived by: her spouse Francis Tharp; her child Arick Phelps of Warsaw; her stepchildren, Chuck Tharp (Cindy) of Warsaw, Phil Tharp of Farmland and Sue Lackey of Warsaw; and her friend Lorretta. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
