She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Jane Guy Myers (McCormick) and James Maxwell Guy; her brother Larry Maxwell Guy; and her half-sister Leah Guy. She is survived by: her former husband Douglas Allen Hoffer; her son Steven Hoffer (Mary) of Roseau, MN; her grandchildren, Paul (Karina), Maribeth (Jesse), Kari and Eric; her daughter Kathryn Horrall of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Lauren (DJ), Jenna and Jordan; and her half-siblings, James Guy (Renee) of Warsaw, IN and Nancy Collins (Sam) of Warsaw, IN.
