He is survived by: his children, Katina Webb of Burkett, James Osborne Jr. of Mentone, Chasity Osborne of Burkett, Heather Johnson of Huntington, Angela Osborne (Lamont) of Fort Wayne, Jennifer Rodgers (Charles) of Huntington and Tommy Osborne (Jessica) of Huntington; and his siblings, Diana Burchett of Warsaw, Elizabeth Hall (James) of Palestine, David Daniels (Brenda) of Bowling Green, Deloris Skinner (Larry) of Pennsylvania, Ricky Daniels (Mary) of Warsaw, Alicia Hall of Warsaw, Sharon Blanton (Larry) of Warsaw and Rhonda Truex of Warsaw. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
