She was predeceased by: her father Harry E. Smythe; her son Kevin (Sue Anderson); and her brother Don (Monna Smythe). She is survived by: her children, Jay (Tina Anderson) of Warsaw and Beth (Kevin Morris) of Warsaw. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the animal shelter of the donor's choice.
