He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Quick and Mary Quick; and his stepdaughter Brenda Jenkins. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Sherow of Warsaw; his children, Brenda Snyder (Dave) of Goshen, John Whitmyer Jr. (Sheri) of Elkhart, Tim Whitmyer of Edwardsburg and Andy Whitmyer of Mishawaka; and his siblings, Charlene Mcnaulty (Tom) of Elkhart and Charles Quick Jr. of Marshall, Michigan.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
