He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen E. Miller and Jeanette Miller (Rash); and his parents-in-law, Robert Applegate and Carol Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Diana Miller (Applegate); his son Evan Miller (Kristen); his grandchildren, Brooke Lane, Mason Lane, Alexis Himes, Jordan Krotke and Jacob Miller; his brother Tim Miller (Ann); and his cousin Linda Burbridge (Carroll). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
