He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leroy Evans and Betty J. Evans (Galbreath). He is survived by: his wife Lana Kay O'Connell Evans (Leek); his children, Patrick (Julie), Jillian (Daniel) and April (Frank); his grandchildren, Alaina Neeley (Tanner), Lexi Lisenby (Jacob), Patrick O'Connell, Leona, Landen, Jackson Zwick, Anthony, Joseph, Nicholas and Karina Vaccaro; and his siblings, Michael (Carole), Rebecca Huff and ReNae Feldman.
