Myers of Warsaw, IN; his children, Nicole O'banion of Middlebury, IN, Tessa O'banion (Bryan) of Goshen, IN and Torin Myers of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Robin O'banion of South Bend, IN, Teresa Bradbury of Southbend, IN, Terry O'banion of Texas, Renee O'banion of Alabama, Monica Flores of Goshen, IN, Michelle Lambright (Jerry) of Goshen, IN and Michael Turner of Wolcottville, IN; his grandchildren, Thomas Bryan, Daelyn Bryan, Deliylah Bryan, Sequoya Middleton and Zakiah Middleton; and his stepfather Ron Turner.
