He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Nanfito and Richard Frank Scalet; and his brother Wayne Scalet. He is survived by: his wife Linda Scalet of Warsaw, IN; his children, Greg Scalet and Laura Scalet of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his brothers, Ron Scalet of Carbondale, IL and John (Faye).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home (225 Argonne Rd, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
