He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Ousley (Compton) and Elmer Ousley; and his sister Wanda Ousley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Ousley; his children, Sheila Freds (Scott), Barry Ousley (Stacey) and Rick Ousley (Heather); his grandchildren, Derek Freds (Samantha), Kelci Freds, Brady Ousley (Rylie) and Ashley Ousley; and his close friend Axel Doran.
