She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Brenda), Terry (Jo Ellen) and Bret (Jody); her grandchildren, Lance, Brian, Ty, Josh, Jeremy, Bailey, Thomas and Rebecca Terisa; and her daughter-in-law Joyce E. Smith (Hedgesville). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
