She is survived by: her children, Karen Moffett of Warsaw, Karl Moffett of Warsaw and Donna Corp (Andy) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Zach Corp (Heather) of Larwill and Renae Corp of Warsaw; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Corp of Larwill and MacKenzie Corp of Larwill.
The family is requesting that memorial donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 1838 E. Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582.
