He is survived by: his friend Doug; his daughters, Kelly Neeley (John Culbertson) of Warsaw and Abigail "Abbie" Pifer of Winona Lake; his siblings, Carolyn Lutes (Mike) of Warsaw and Steven Pifer (Lois) of Jefferson, GA; and his grandchildren, Natasha Stevens (Cody) of Warsaw, Tyler Neeley of Silver Lake, Ashley Neeley of Kendallville, Zakkary Pifer of Constantine, MI, Miguel Castro of Warsaw and Keegan Lenfesty of Warsaw. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
