Smith, Dean Smith and Douglas Smith Jr.; his grandchildren, Adrian, Kyle, Maelynn, Liam Kinlee and Layni; and his siblings, Kathleen Slone (John), Edwina Patrick (Jim), Naoma Foreman, Bud Smith (Dawn) and Mack Smith (Ann). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
