She was predeceased by: her father William Elwin; and her brother Ronald Teel. She is survived by: her husband Steve Secrist of Warsaw; her children, Eric Secrist and Alisa Pate of Fishers; her grandchildren, Rebekah Nelson and McKenzy Secrist; her sister Connie Haney of Mentone; and her stepfather Raymond Grubbs of Warsaw.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County 1048 South 325 East Pierceton, IN 46562.
