He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Moffett of Warsaw; his children, Karen Moffett of Warsaw, Karl Moffett of Warsaw and Donna Corp (Andy) of Warsaw; his brother Dave Moffett (Joyce) of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Zach Corp (Heather) of Larwill and Renae Corp of Warsaw; and his great grandchild Aiden Corp of Larwill.
The family is requesting that memorial donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 1838 E. Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582.
