He was predeceased by: his brother Earl Frush; and his grandson Austin Hoeppner. He is survived by: his wife Realis Frush; his sons, Stephen Frush and Michael Frush (Pam); his stepson Brian Keffaber (Deborah); his daughters, Kathleen Perry (Tony) and Jennifer Hoeppner (Scott); his stepdaughter Rhonda LaVelle (Scott); his grandchildren, Maralee, Tara, Sara, Isaac, Joel, Chase, Jessica, Sam, Amanda and Nathan; and his siblings, David Frush (Betty), Margret Miller (Bob) and Carol Slaymaker (Web).
Memorial donations may be directed to Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 210 S. High Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 and would be appreciated by the family.
