He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Ann Walker (Merritt); and his pet Bailey. He is survived by: his father David Murl Walker, Sr.; his wife Kelly Sue Walker; his children, Dustin (Jessica), Amber (Jason), West and Danielle (Amber Stull); his grandchildren, Aiden, Addison, Brielle, Keagan, Jackson, Skyler and Natalia; and his siblings, Crystel (Andy), Thomas (Walker) and Timothy Walker.
Masks are not required but recommended for the visitation and service if crowded and six feet of social distancing cannot be maintained.
