He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar "Shorty" Slabaugh and Maxine Slabaugh (Stouder); and his brothers, Larry and Keith Slabaugh. He is survived by: his wife Annette Keim; his children, Kelli Winrott (Jason), Amy Miller, Amber Slabaugh and DannyJo Slabaugh; his grandchildren, Brandon Slabaugh (Carol), Toby Miller, Dylan Miller (Melanie), Caleb Godinez, Elijah Godinez and Hunter Slabaugh; his great grandchildren, Maycen, Alaina, Dominic, Carter, Peyton, Liam and Kyzer; and his sister Pat Hall (Kevin).
