He was predeceased by: his son Jason Dale Zajac; his father Martin Zajac; his sister Denise Walgren; his stepdaughter Kathleen A. Rosolowski-Tatkus; and his grandson Jason Richard Rosolowski.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Tammy Kristensen-Gaska (Nathaniel), Martin Zajac (Andrea) and Haley Kaminski (Christopher); his mother Constance Zajac; his siblings, Timothy Zajac (Julie), Connielynn Edwards (Jeffery) and Dineen Montoya (Gabe); the mother of his children Jan Zajac; his grandchildren, Bradley Kristensen, Neil Kristensen, Heather Kristensen, Nathaniel Gaska, Jr., Audrey Zajac, Wyatt Zajac, Bear Zajac and River Kaminski; his great grandchild Nora Kristensen; his granddaughter Tonya Lee Rosolowski-Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Elliot and Evan.
