Sumpter, Jr. (Rachel) and Michael S. (Jennifer Bolton); her grandchildren, Lilianna and Cora Sumpter; and her siblings, Scott Allen (Illinois), Rick Allen (Michigan), Jane Allen (Michigan) and Karen Allen (Illinois).
Memorial donations may be directed to David Brent, Jr., 1720 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 to go towards Cynthia's beloved grandchildren's education.
