He was predeceased by: his parents, Kernie Rowe and Chloe Rowe (Ferguson); his brother James Rowe; and his sisters-in-law, Irene Hartbarger and Brenda Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Rock (David) of Tippecanoe, IN, Johnny Hartbarger (Tammy) of Rochester, IN and Ricky Hartbarger of Tippecanoe, IN; his granddaughter Kaitlyn; his children, Nichaela and Jake; his brothers, Kernie Rowe (Karen) of North Manchester, IN and Frank Hartbarger of Osceola, IN; and the mother of his children Ruth Truman.
