Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clifford Prater of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 76, on October 30, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgile "Press" and Pearlie Prater (Adams). He is survived by: his children, Dana Shell and Dan Spangle (Chih Kai Yang) of Honolulu, Hawaii; his siblings, Juanita Shepherd of Warsaw, Genevia Bayne of Warsaw, Phyllis Varney (Greg) of Warsaw, Mary Prater of Warsaw, Barbara Prater (Darrell) of Warsaw, Ronald Prater and Arnold Prater (Amy) of Silver Lake; his sister-in-law Judy Prater; and his friend Alan Heeter. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
