He is survived by: his wife Judy Mae Leverett; his children, Brian (Delores) and Jennifer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Abigail Treibs, Austen, Caleb, Josie and Eliza Sparks; and his siblings, Steve (Kathy), Rick (Julie) and Karen (Dave).
