He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Combs (Smith) and Elzie Woodrow Combs; his son Ricky Combs; and his sister Betty Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Combs (Warsaw, Indiana); his children, Tammy Koontz (Warsaw, Indiana) and Allan Combs (Lake City, Florida); and his siblings, Donald Combs (Inwood, West Virginia) and Dorothy Combs (Stephens City, Virginia).
