He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Lauro Vallin and Lubihilda Medina; and his wife Margarita Garza. He is survived by: his children, Juanita Silvestre (Antonio) and Clemente "Rucko" Ballin, Jr. of Warsaw; and his granddaughters, Cynthia Martinez and Maria Velazquez. He is also survived by his brother and three sisters.
