He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Abe Shepherd and Vina Shepherd (Vanderpool); his wife Martha M Middleton; his siblings, Alex, Charles, Clyde Shepherd, Thelma Wolfe and Myrtle Younce; his daughter Sandra "Sandy" Shepherd (John) of Silver Lake; his grandchildren, Dan Shepherd (Lauren) of Fort Wayne, Sara Shepherd of Silver Lake and Katie Westfall of North Manchester; and his great grandchildren, Atticus, Finnley and Thea.
