She is survived by: her husband Dennis "Smurf" Hench; her children, Athena Boes (Gene) of Mentone and Daniel Hench of Quantico, VA; her grandchildren, Gavin Hench, Rebekah Rudiesel, Judy Laramore, Joel Rudiesel and Odin Boes; and her brother Thomas Paxton.
