She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Judy Spiegel; her sons, Chad Fouts of Warsaw and Seth Fouts (Ashley) of Warsaw; her stepsons, Greg Fouts (Lisa) of Leesburg and Scott Fouts of Claypool; her sisters, Kay Kelly (Bill) of Leesburg, Shana Leed of Plymouth and Jamie Hall of Plymouth; her siblings-in-law, Tonya Boggs, Judy Fisher (Bob), JoAnn Williams (Kevin) and Jay Fouts (Shannon); her husband John K. Fouts; and her brother Fred "Butch" Boggs. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
